Sitting at the Lobby Cafe in the Phoenician Hotel, in Phoenix Arizona, traveling with all of our family, Carson Linforth Bowley and Maricarmen Sierra sat down to made this art piece as a visual reminder of their life philosophies. A 'nowist' perspective of reality.

As we reflected on our year in San Francisco, we asked ourselves, how do we deal with the suffering that comes with being stuck in the past or fearful about the future? ... this were our insights:
Tune into what is real. This breath. This moment. Surrender entirely. Just Be Here Now. Stay in meditation, devotion and simplicity as you navigate the gross and subtle realities of your days. Live life as an artistic expression of love.
