Icons in collaboration with Metapattern

An event series fostering a mindful community within the startup culture. The session is structured in three parts: we start with yoga and meditation, then we pass to the kitchen to learn a quick healthy recipe (green smoothie) to then create something with our hands and reflect on our inner journeys.

Ayurveda uses the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, wind, ether) and combines them into doshas, mind-body types that express particular patterns of behavior.
