Our friend Kosta Grammatis, who founded ahumanright.org (one of Metapattern's first clients), asked us to help build Unifi's brand and tell the story of how the internet is changing the world. His vision is that in the digital age, internet access should be available to everyone. So we wanted to portray the impact that it already has in millions of people's lives. It has deeply transformed education, economics and our freedom of expression.
We produced several hero shots to showcase the product in use and still form.
We used the desk as a metaphor for change: a teacher, a craftsman, a digital artist, a journalist.
We produced a series of workplaces still shots from people from all around the globe. Our idea is to show how the Internet changes their lives and empowers them to change other people's lives.

We explored different ways to tell the story. This is one of our attempts to tell the story of an Iranian teacher preparing for her science and world geography class.
We created moodboards to infuse the brand with inspiration from telecommunications history and the golden era of space from the early 50's and 60's.
