A dynamic series focused on embodied leadership, polarities within us, being present vs. being a futurist, and techniques to quiet the mind to tap into inspiration and insight.
The sequence is designed to stimulate inspiration and intuition through Yoga Asanas. You will learn mind-body alignment through the Art of Presence. The focus is to train the mind to tune its attention inwards to step into creative flow. We finish each class with mindfulness meditation, visualization and extreme relaxation.
Classes are held at an amazing historical building overseeing Alamo Square Park. You can't miss this experience if you like yoga in beautiful places. Arrive 10 min. early to see the historical building.

At Yoga for Creative Thinkers we tap into the 5elements to design the sequences and embody their essential qualities in the asana postures. First class we focused on fire to warm up the body, release toxins, expand the capacity of breath and earth to tune into grounding, supporting and nourishing qualities of the asanas. The combination is a sense of stimulated energy body and relaxed mind. Stable and fluid.
